About Singleton & Smart Ltd.

Singleton & Smart Ltd was founded in 1972 by our Chairman Graham Smart – brother to our Managing Director and Quantity Surveyor, Alan Smart. Although the company has grown somewhat and now comprises of a staff of more than 30, we remain after all this time, a family firm with traditional values of quality workmanship and professional service. With our own 'in house' manufacturing joiners shop we can produce just about any joinery pieces requested by our clients - and to the highest specification.

 

We have enjoyed numerous long-term relationships with many of our clients, our subcontractors and our suppliers, and over the years have developed a portfolio of prestigious brand names and a reputation to match. We have constructed new houses, blocks of flats and extensions to existing properties, to suit our clients' ever changing needs.
